Grand Re-opening of DCP and PF!

Hello,
The A.C.T.A Law, hasn't done anything for months, so I have been thinking it should be safe to continue, my cpps (DigitalCP) and Penguin Fire once again.
If we do find the A.C.T.A Law start's closing cppses, we shall stop work right away.
Re-open the blogs, continue the work you have left off, and start publicizing once again!
I still have a question, what will you do? Merge with us, or continue Penguin Fire, I will need an answer by next week.
